A member's responsibility to his/her employee and to the profession shall have full regard to the public interest.
A member shall order his/her conduct so as to uphold the dignity, standing and reputation of the profession.
A member shall discharge his/her duties to his/her employer with complete fidelity. He/she shall not accept any gift, favor, and remuneration for services rendered other than from his/her employer or with his/her employer's permission.
A member shall not maliciously or recklessly injure or attempt to injure, whether directly or indirectly, the professional reputation, prospects, or business of another member.
A member shall not improperly canvass or solicit professional employment nor offer to make by way of commission or otherwise payment for the introduction of such employment.
A member shall not in a self-laudatory language or in any manner derogatory to the dignity of the profession, or professional bodies advertise or write articles for publication, nor shall be authorize such advertisements to be written or published by any other person.
A member shall not use the advantages of a salaried position to complete unfairly with other professionals.
A member in connection with work in country other than his/her shall order his/her conduct according to these Rules, so far as they are applicable, but where there are recognized standards of professional conduct, he/she shall adhere to them.
A member who shall be convicted by a competent tribunal of a criminal offence which in the opinion of the Disciplinary Body renders him/her unfit conduct.
A member shall not, directly or indirectly, attempt to supplant another member, nor, shall he/she intervene or attempt to intervene in or in connection with administrative work of any kind, which to his/her knowledge has already been entrusted to another member.
